This customer operates 2,800 miles of pipeline and 130 compressor units between western New York and western Pennsylvania and is responsible for the transportation and storage of natural gas for customers in all segments of the natural gas industry. WEFTEC, the water quality event, was held in New Orleans, LA at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center October 1 - October 3, 2018. The exhibition was successful for AUMA Actuators, Inc. (AUMA-USA). Typically, electric actuator commissioning is performed when the actuator is installed at site. This is because, except for basic settings, the OEM cannot perform commissioning nor can it be done at the place of automation. Proper commissioning should include the operating controls so that the entire system is included in the process and of course, the valve manufacturer or automation center typically doesn't have the control system.

AUMA Actuators, Inc. will be closed November 22 & 23, 2018 in observance of Thanksgiving, December 24 & 25, 2018 in observance of Christmas and December 31, 2018 and January 1, 2019 in observance one the New Year.
Additionally, from December 26th until January 7th the offices will remain open; however the factory will be shut down and we will not be shipping products. We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes. Please note that the last day in 2018 AUMA will be shipping is December 19th.
