 December 2016 will officially benchmark AUMA Actuators, Inc.’s (AUMA-USA) 40th anniversary. In 1976, AUMA-USA began manufacturing in Pittsburgh, PA; however, due to company growth AUMA-USA relocated its headquarters to Canonsburg, PA in 2004. AUMA-USA’s headquarters features the following departments: inside and outside sales, engineering, human resources, information technology, accounting, production planning/operations, service and marketing. The factory employs individuals with skills in machining and electrical component assembly as well as testing, manufacturing and service. Products manufactured, assembled and tested by AUMA-USA include: SA, SQ, AM, AC and GS. Additionally, AUMA-USA has locations in Houston, Texas (TX) and Tustin, California (CA), both of which offer electric actuator sales, service, actuator testing, valve automation and training. In May of 2015, our Houston, TX operation moved into a new, state of the art, larger facility, which focuses on greater sales and service to our customers. AUMA-USA is dedicated to our customers and growth opportunities locally and throughout North America. The organization, as a whole, is comprised of 140 employees, 121 of which are stationed directly out of AUMA-USA headquarters with full day shift and partial second shift, 10 regional sales managers and 9 service technicians working territories throughout North America. AUMA-USA is grateful for our customer and sales representative’s support over the past 40 years and look forward to continued success as your leading manufacturer of electric actuators. |
